CST Marquis MR61 Debuts in Japan, Available Through Autobacs Seven

In the midst of a market made more challenging by the Covid-19 crisis, CST is taking steps to retain a competitive advantage. The company is introducing its Marquis MR61 tire to Japan through Autobacs Seven, the top auto parts retailer in the country.

The Marquis MR61 joins CST’s Medallion MD-A1 and Sahara CS900 in Autobacs Seven’s product mix. With three tires offered by the retail giant, CST has reached a milestone in the Japanese market: Autobacs Seven has considerable reach, with around 600 franchise and direct-sale shops in Japan, as well as stores in overseas markets including China, France, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia.

“By supplying products with reliable quality along with excellent service to customers, CST has created a brand that is known and valued in many different markets. We firmly believe the launch of the Marquis MR61 will be as successful as the Medallion MD-A1 and Sahara CS900,” said Bruce Lin of CST’s international auto tire sales division.
